Our shipping

Our shipping is FREE on all orders worldwide.

Where do we ship?

Orders are shipped from our Singapore headquarters. We ship almost everywhere. We use dedicated couriers DHL and Ninjavan.

When will your order arrive?

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

With Express Shipping, your order should arrive within 2 to 4 business days.

For addresses that are more distant, your order should arrive within 5 to 14 business days.

Duties & taxes

Some countries may have duties, taxes or tariffs for imported goods. We have no control over these additional fees and all fees will be your responsibility. Lenicc will only mark packages as “gift” for referral rewards or gifts with purchase.

HOW WOULD YOU KNOW IF YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing support@lenicc.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

 

RETURNS

Our return policy

While we strive to over-deliver and maximise the value for all our customers, we also understand that it might not always suit everyone. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your sunglasses, you can contact us at support@lenicc.com to arrange for an exchange or return for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Please pack the sunglasses securely then send it to the following address: 1 North Bridge Road, #06-29 High Street Centre, Singapore 179094. The sunglasses must be in their unused original condition along with any related accessories included. You will be responsible for the cost of shipment.

On receipt of a return, we will check its condition then process the exchange or refund as soon as possible. Exchange will be based on your design of choice depending on stock availability. In the event that there is no stock available, we will contact you regarding your preference for an alternative style or a full refund.
