We offer a 30-day free return as well as exchange policy for similarly priced items. We focus on our quality and service so that you can make your purchase with full confidence.
Our Lenses
We use only premium lenses that function superbly while looking great! Our lenses are high quality POLARISED CR-39 lenses that block all UVA and UVB radiation – UV400. They provide an awesome view with minimised glare.
It doesn’t stop there, we have made sure that our lenses are durable. Our lenses come with scratch resistant coating and as a bonus, we have added on anti-reflective and oleophobic coatings as well.
All our lenses have passed ANSI Z80.3:2015 (USA), EN ISO 12312-1:2013(A1:2015) (Europe) and AS/NZS 1067.1:2016 (Australia/New Zealand) safety regulation requirements
Can I put prescription lenses in my sunglasses?
We do not offer prescription services at the moment. However, do check back regularly for newer designs and services. Additionally, do subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on the latest designs and offers. We promise we DO NOT SPAM, and our offers are too good to be missed!
Our frames are designed to accommodate prescription lenses and you can take it to your optometrist for the lenses to be made and fitted
What type of fit are your frames designed for?
Our frames are specifically designed with the features in mind. We have raised the nosepads and reduced the pantoscopic tilt and the so that our frames will fit comfortably and avoid slipping and touching your cheeks.
Our Warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty from the purchase date, on any manufacturer’s defect of your Lenicc product. Lenicc has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. Any apparel is not covered under this 1-year warranty policy.
Lenicc will only authorise the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store or one of our authorized dealers. Please contact us via email at support@lenicc.com with a description of the issue and photos of the glasses if possible.
Our warranty covers all parts of your Lenicc sunglasses and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. The warranty program does not cover a product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or damaged in any other way incurred by excess force from the user. Lenicc reserves the right to not send back irreparable frames sent in under warranty.
For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to any damages of repair of the product or a replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Lenicc. Lenicc is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product.
