Collection & Concierge (Grab Express) Service
All eyewear collections are conducted at the Lenicc Studio to ensure proper fitting, adjustments and aftercare support where required.
As the studio houses the necessary tools, equipment and materials for immediate refinements, clients are encouraged to collect their eyewear in person at the studio.
For clients who require collection at an alternative location, a Concierge Collection Service may be arranged subject to availability. Applicable service fees will be advised prior to confirmation.
